Bank Services Inc. was founded in 2009 as a division of the Indiana-based The Sanders Companies. The Sanders Companies is a 34 year old construction products company owned by Mark Sanders. The Company has developed commercial and residential properties, is today a contractor and subcontractor, and has long been a leading provider of specialized concrete products in the Midwest.

With our extensive experience in the construction industry we have first hand experience with the poorly managed construction draw processes that exist today. We, as a vendor and sub-contractor, like many others in the industry, have experienced the negative impact of these inefficiencies. Mark Sanders felt the pain of General Contractors or Custom Builders receiving their draws and then not paying the sub-contractor – him!

We knew there had to be a way to resolve these unproductive, wasteful, costly, and sometimes fraudulent practices and he set about building a team of industry experts to address this on-going challenge. He created a team of finance, construction, software, accounting, and business experts to develop the DrawView DrawVision service offered by Bank Services Inc.

Our goal and vision is to protect not only the companies and people doing the actual work and supplying the material but to ensure the project was made whole by ensuring payment to all vendors and sub-contractors.
