Mark Sanders  Mark has been in residential and commercial construction for over 41 years. He has worked specifically in residential and commercial foundations. His companies have built and sold residential and commercial condos. He has built and owned commercial properties and buildings. He has developed residential lots for housing, multi family, retail, and industrial properties. He is the president of companies that pour MSE walls for interstates, developed sound barrier walls, and developed sound reflective walls for interstates. Mark is a member of the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis  (BAGI) and the National Pre-cast Concrete Association (NPCA).  Mike Cook  Mike has worked in the construction industry for 36 years. He has worked in both commercial and residential construction. Over the years Mike has acquired skills in framing, electrical, plumbing, trim carpentry, roofing, basement foundations, estimating, and construction management. He is currently a member of the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis (BAGI) and the National Pre-cast Concrete Association (NPCA). Devon Moon Devon for the past eight years has been CFO of companies in the construction and real estate businesses located in Central Indiana. Prior to that he was CFO of a large, multi-state CPA firm headquartered in Indianapolis. Devon has a B.A. from DePauw University, M.B.A. from Indiana University and passed the CPA exam. Mickey Brooks Mickey has served as Secretary Treasurer, Co-Owner, Principal Manager and Mortgage Planner at JLB Mortgage Group. With a 25 year corporate sales career and 7 years of financial business experience in the technology and financial services industries, he has been involved in several software and service company startups. Mickey is a Rainmaker Advisory Board Member and Event Chair, Founding Member, Past President and Current Chairman of the Sertoma Club of Carmel, and Volunteer at The Children's TherAplay Foundation. Terry Blake  Terry has 34 years in the construction industry dealing with construction purchasing, residential, commercial, and road construction. He has experience as a general contractor and operations management in framing, electrical, plumbing, trim carpentry, roofing applications, and construction software development. Other background elements include OSHA key man training, Six Sigma process development, two time president of the Southern Indiana Home Builders Association, served as a board member of the Indiana State Home Builders Association, and served as a member of the National HBA board. Austin Sanders  Austin just recently graduated from Purdue University with a degree in selling and sales management. He has three years of experience in the construction industry mainly dealing with residential construction. He has been with Bank Services from the start of the company and is on the business development team. Fred Hopkins Fred has worked in the residential and commercial construction industry for 32 years. Fred’s work experience consists of construction project manager, co-owner of Wilson/Hopkins Construction, contractor sales, director of engineering, director of the estimating department, and sales in the MSE panels division. Bruce Wozny Bruce has 36 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. Over the years he has been involved in estimating, overseeing residential developments, coordinating the installation of utilities such as phone lines, gas lines, water, electric, and cable. He has also done municipal work for cities and towns including sanitary sewers, storm drains, and curb and sidewalk removal or replacement. Rich Ludlow Rich has been in the residential construction industry for over 37 years. He has experience in residential foundations, reading blue prints, concrete estimation, knowledge of the lumber industry, and construction crew management. He is also a member of the Builders Association of Indianapolis. John Miller John has worked in commercial and residential construction for 37 years. He has experience in field supervision, estimating and sales of new homes. He has also worked in pre-cast concrete construction. Over the years he has been involved in over 250 custom homes, remodels, and office buildings with tenant build outs. He has 33 years of experience in residential construction and 8 years in commercial. He has expertise in equipment operations, excavating, managing a construction crew, and reading blue prints. Steve Sanders Steve has been active in the construction industry for 35 years. He has worked in both residential and commercial construction. He has 5 years of experience in running heavy machinery on construction sites and 30 years in the construction field. His skills include foundations, excavation, and a vast knowledge of the industry gained over years of experience. Jeff Laythum Jeff has been working in residential and commercial construction for 9 years. He has experience in footings, residential basement walls, foundation repairs, and framing. He has specialized in home inspections and is A.H.I.T. licensed. Through this license he is a member of the American Home Inspectors Training program. Paul Beard Paul has been working in residential and commercial construction for 32 years. His skills include interior trim, plumbing, roofing, heating systems, air conditions systems, and framing. He also has experience in managing construction crews.
