Verify – We will verify that all documents required to issue draw funds to sub-contractors are electronically stored in the project file in DrawView. Time, date and GPS stamped progress photographs will be taken and submitted by our approved or certified inspectors along with the project review spreadsheets used to determine completeness percentages.
Protect – Our DrawView system is web-based and required to have significant security of your records. We use 128-bit encryption, the most sophisticated password creation algorithm available in the industry today, 90 day password resets by all users, and significant user authentication to ensure a user of the systems sees only the data and application screens approved by system administrators. Additionally, our hardware resides in a world-class datacenter with redundant power, cooling and hardware, and physical security requirements for the building including pass card and finger print recognition. Finally, all data is backed up automatically to guarantee no risk of data loss.
Disburse – upon approval of the lender, and after full compliance of document delivery by the appropriate parties to the project transaction, we will disburse funds to the sub-contractors as designated by the draw request, inspection review, invoice receipt, lien waivers and other such documents as required by the system. Upon disbursement of funds, imaged views of the documents associated with disbursement will be electronically deposited in the project file.
